Berkshire Blanket - VelvetLoft Plush Blanket Review & Giveaway!

Berkshire Blanket is a company that makes bedding, sheets, and pillows. They specialize in blankets, of course. They have baby blankets, throw blankets, bed blankets, blankets for pets, and even screen cleaning blankets. Once, I discovered Berkshire Blanket, I knew I wanted to own one of their soft, high quality blankets. With this cold weather staying around you can't have enough blankets. I like to keep a couple on the couch and a couple on the bed, because boyfriend, doggy, and I, don't share too well.

I received the VelvetLoft Plush Blanket. It came in a huge box, and it was wrapped so nicely. As soon as I got it out of the box, I unwrapped it and made my bed with the blanket on top. I laid on top of the bed and ran my hands across the blanket, I was amazed by how soft the blanket is. It really does feel like a mix of velvet and plush. It's like laying on top of a teddy bear.

After I laid the blanket on top of my bed, I could really see how big the blanket was. I was impressed. My bed is a queen and has a huge pillow top, bedding never fits it, but the blanket was plenty large enough. The blanket is great to be used as a throw blanket on the couch or for the bed. It's very thick, and keeps you so warm.

Not only is the blanket great for it's functionality but it's also a very gorgeous blanket to look at. The velvet like material is shiny and glimmers through it's folds. The color I got was Smokey Aqua, a blue, grey, green color. The color will match with many color schemes.

The blanket was a big hit with the whole family. As soon as I got the blanket out of the box my dog wanted to play with it. Once, I laid the blanket out on the bed, all my dog wanted to do was lay on it. The way she kept sprawling out on it, I could tell that she was very comfy and loved the new blanket.

 My boyfriend isn't usually all that interested in the things I get in the mail for blog reviews, but for once he was very happy with getting a new cozy blanket. He mentioned that he liked the color, the softness, and how big it is compared to our old throw blanket. Him and the dog have both taken over the new blanket.
