Curtain & Bath Outlet Review & Giveaway!

A few months ago I moved into a new apartment with my boyfriend. We basically started out with an empty apartment, because we left all of our old furniture behind in Florida. We are slowly buying new furniture and filling the place up. Our home is still missing a few basic essentials, not necessities, but they make a place look and feel more like home. I'm talking about rugs, curtains, and shower curtains. Curtain & Bath Outlet is a great place to find all of the above and more.

We already had a liner for our shower, just to keep the water from getting on the floor, but the look of the liner was plain and boring. I couldn't wait to get a pretty new shower curtain to decorate the bathroom and add some color in the room.

There were many shower curtains to choose from. Whether you like fabric or vinyl, plain or pattern, floral or stripes, and anything in between, you are sure to find something you'll like.

The shower curtain I chose was the Better Home Double Swag Shower Curtain. I instantly fell in love with this curtain when I saw it on the website. It's super pink, ruffled, and very girly. It looks like something that came straight out of a doll house. I had never seen a shower curtain that looked like actual curtains before. I was even more impressed that the package came with matching shower hooks, liner, and the curtain. Everything you need right in one convenient and super affordable package at $9.99. I simply could not believe that something that looks this cute and unique could be priced under $10, but it's true.

If you really want to decorate your bathroom, you can even get a matching skirt for your sink and curtains, if you have a window in your bathroom. That's the beauty of Curtain & Bath Outlet, you can find matching accessories all in one place for the whole room.

Putting up the curtain was anything but quick and easy. The shower hooks were a challenge, because they were covered in fabric. I would have to find where the fabric ends, so I could put the hooks on the rod, and then I would have to cover the ends of the hooks with the fabric once again after I put them on the rod, and I had to do this with each shower hook, so that was time consuming. Once I was done putting up the shower hooks, liner, and curtain, I looked at the finished curtain with pride.

Another small thing I disliked about the curtain, is that even though the picture on the package and the website makes it appear that you can open the liner without having to open the curtain, you actually can't. Since, the liner and the curtain are on the same hooks and the same rod, you have to open the liner and curtains at the same time. So, I have to take apart one of the curtains every time I go in the shower, and then fix it again. Once, I realized this, I questioned whether I should have chosen a more basic curtain.

Overall, I think Curtain & Bath Outlet is an awesome website for curtains, bath accessories, bedding, rugs, furniture and more. They have a great selection and amazing low prices that you just can't beat.
