I have plenty of cute pairs of panties, but I can't say any of them are all that comfortable. They are either too tight in certain areas, bunch up, aren't breathable, and they don't keep me feeling fresh. Thankfully, I found Knixwear. Knixwear is a company that produces moisture resistant underwear for women. I know that last phrase doesn't sound very attractive, but let's face it, we all have leakage of some kind, and we all want our underwear to stay fresh and dry. Like I said, even though "moisture resistant underwear" doesn't sound like the sexiest way to describe a pair of undergarments, Knixwear actually does make very feminine and flattering underwear.
Now that I got you interested, you are probably wondering how Knixwear works. Their underwear has an incredibly discreet and effective anti-microbial gusset that wicks away and absorbs moisture, while naturally eliminating odor. The gusset is sewn into the underwear and has a 100% cotton layer on top, so it doesn't feel out of the ordinary on your skin. It's seamlessly concealed by the exterior, so you can't see the gusset inside or outside of your panties. Nobody will ever know that it's there.
Knixwear currently offers 4 different styles to choose from. The Bikini, a classic low rise bottom that hugs the body with just the right stretch. The Thong, a less is more look with a revealing rear that's there where it counts. The Boyshort, a streamlined fit that features more coverage and a snug feel. The High-Rise Brief, a retro fit that sits higher on the waist for increased coverage.
All of their styles come in different colors and materials. If you are looking for a basic, everyday underwear then you will want to go with their Knix line. Then there's the Knixy line, which features sexy lace undergarments. They also have high performance workout underwear in the FitKnix line.
They only have black or nude to choose from. I hope they come out with other colors too. However, I am glad that they at least have the 2 basic colors that everyone needs.
I decided to go with the Knixy Boyshorts in black. I chose Knixy, because I love lace. The boyshort style is my favorite, because it is very flattering no matter what shape or size your behind is. It's also nice to have the coverage, while still looking cute.
I received my Knixy Boyshorts in this very nice Knixwear lingerie wash bag. I already own a similar kind of bag. They are great to use when you wash your bras and panties. It prevents delicate lingerie from being destroyed in the wash. All of their underwear comes in a little cute cardboard cylinder container, making them ready for gift giving or stuffing someones stocking.
The Knixy Boyshorts that I received look just like the photo above. I took a photo of them before I wore them, but I don't know what happened to it, so you will just have to take my word for it.
I usually wear either a small or extra small in lingerie, so I chose these in a size small. When I first saw them, I was afraid they were going to be too large, but after putting them on they were snug and fit very well. These boyshorts provide much more coverage than other boyshorts I have owned in the past. These have a shorts style in the front, and the back has a wide band and a bikini style on the bottom, so it reveals only a little bit of the cheeks.
Even though these are larger and less revealing than most of the underwear I own, I think they are extremely sexy. I feel great wearing them. They are so comfy and cute, I even like to wear them to bed.
The lace was surprisingly super comfortable. They are probably my first comfortable lace underwear that I have ever come across. They are not itchy or scratchy at all. I have worn and washed them 2 or 3 times already, and they haven't snagged, frayed, stretched out, or loss their shape whatsoever.
I didn't even notice the Fresh Fix Technology at first. I thought that the crotch of the underwear seemed a tad bit thicker than usual, but I thought that it was nice and it seemed well made. The gusset is about the size of a small thin pantyliner. It's better than wearing a pantyliner though, because it doesn't rub against your skin and nobody can see it peeking out of your panties.
Overall, I think the Knixwear underwear are a great solution for so many women who are either concerned with post-menstruation, incontinence, or other leakage. The styles they offer are attractive, and their construction is really well made.
